Project Description
London based architects Zaha Hadid (ZHA) and Australian based architects Cox Architecture were awarded the contract to design the first stage of the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport terminal building located at Badgery Creek in Western Sydney which when open in 2026 will cater for 10 Million Annual Passengers.
As part of this once in a lifetime opportunity Pulse Acoustics has been assisting ZHA/COX and the design team in designing the following main elements of the future building:
- Building envelope.
- Acoustic separation between spaces.
- Building services.
- Internal reverberation time control.
- Vibration control for services and structure.
