Project Description

The new Novartis Pharmaceuticals Campus Office Development consists of the design and construction of an “˜A’ grade commercial office building including a full tenant fitout.  The building includes approximately 9,000sqm of NLA for approximately 615 staff, plus retail (café), basement and ground floor car parking and podium level auxiliary services.

The development is to be designed and constructed to bring together head office associates across Alcon, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz, with the aim of inspiring innovation and increasing collaboration within and across divisions, and with their healthcare partners.

Designed with the principles of activity-based working in mind, the office offers a variety of work settings enabling all associates across all levels of the company, to choose how they would like to work every day. Matthew supervised all architectural acoustic design on the project, including assessing the acoustic privacy conditions in open plan office environments.

Client organisation: Rice Daubney
