Project Description
Walker are currently designing and will shortly construct a new 18 Floor office development for the National Australia Bank. It will consist of “˜A’ grade commercial office accommodation including a full tenancy fitout. The building will comprise approximately 42,820sqm of NLA including NAB Workspace on Levels 3-16, NAB Touchdown and Meeting Suites on Level 2, NAB Business Bank and Academy on Level 1 and NAB Branch, foyer, retail, village and lounge on the Ground Floor.
The Acoustic Services provided by Pulse Acoustics include the design, documentation, approval, supervision and certification of the Consultancy Services. The Services include the following phases:
Phase 1 – Schematic Design Development & DA Documentation
Phase 2 – Design Development
Phase 3 – Detailed Documentation
Phase 4 – Construction, Supervision Services
The development is designed and will be constructed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star and NABERS rating certification.
